Submission and Marketing Coordinator

CHROFI is seeking a Submission and Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Manly.
The Submission and Marketing Coordinator will ensure that the practice secures an adequate pipeline of new work by both preparing bids (RFTs, RFPs, EOIs, Direct Commissions) and by raising the practice's profile in the industry through award submissions and engagement with the media.

The Submission and Marketing Coordinator will be required to work in a high-pressure team environment on multiple deadlines with limited input from Practice Directors.


  • Assess opportunities and track forecasts for new work
  • Prepare written project pitches with limited input from Directors
  • Coordinate input from both internal & external bid team members
  • Prepare award and bid submissions to a high graphic standard
  • Track & follow up submissions and record feedback for each
  • Manage social media channels
  • Write press releases and liaise with media 
  • Manage the library of templates and marketing collateral
  • Arrange photography of projects

Required Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in the business of architecture
  • Strong graphic skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)

Team Leader City Transformation – Public Domain Strategy

This three year full time position is responsible for managing and leading the Public Domain Strategy sub-team of the City Transformation team.
